CANCELLATION POLICY
As appointments are both valuable and limited, policies are in place to protect financial liability of last minute cancellations & no shows.
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
In the event you cancel within 12 hours prior to your appointment you’re subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
In the event of no show, subject
to 50% fee. Percentages based on service total. Must be paid prior to rebooking.
